Last weekend I went to montreal with my family and two other families we’re close friends with. We were only there for a couple of days, so I didn’t get to do everything I wanted to – but hopefully you’ll enjoy the antics anyway.

Jimbo Jitsu’s newest perfection on the Bacon Phatty Explosion! Bumping it up to a new level using 4-3-2-1- Spice with fresh onions and mushrooms brings the old JJ’s Bacon Phatty Explosion to a new level! Very easy to BBQ on your Brinkman Smokenpit BBQ or what ever low and slow BBQ you use! Can also be done in the oven for several hours at 250 degrees. The ingredients you will need to make this recipe are: Charcoal and Chimney, Apple and Maple wood (or your favorite sweet smoking wood) Ground pork sausage, Ground turkey, (or your favorite substitute) Bacon, (I used Trader Joes uncured bacon) 1 cup diced onion, 1 cup diced mushroom, 3/4 cup BBQ sauce (I used Trader Joe’s use what you like best in a bold sauce) 1/4 cup 4-3-2-1 Spice! 2-3 Tbsp Knox Yummy Chicken Spice. Mix together very well for several minutes. After mixing make a loaf that will fit your bacon weave, add cheese that I forgot and wrap up place in BBQ for about 4 hours checking each hour.
